here is a little more of what we did in pine!

We sure do love our time in Pine, and it was awesome to have all 4 of the sisters there and not a SINGLE cousin was missing! With Grandma and Nana it was just like I remember my childhood visits! (minus maybe the making up of dances and commercials, my kid just isn't there yet)

But there were lots of CREEK visits, the fort under the bridge!

The smaller kids just thought it to be too cool to be able to go down there with out a mommy present, all on their own!

We put Taylor in charge, armed with a cell phone, and boy did he love that and took full advantage! (paris later told me they had to say "permission to speak" whenever they had something to say!) I think that a had a little to do with Taylor having a bit of an obsession with the army! A perfect pic. Taylor on his "throne"! ; )

Well these kids did need WATER so the parents ventured down to give them something to drink and to snap a few PICTURES of course!

I totally had to force and bribe her to take this picture, doesn't she look thrilled!? She just wanted her Independence back and have me go back to the cabin!

We also did something we haven't done before in Pine...We wanted to take the kiddos somewhere, we all kinda wanted to do something different, some wanted to do a little hike, um me sorry not happening and the differences in ages in the kids it just didn't seem like we could come to one conclusion, then grandma (mom) suggested a GOAT/LAMA FARM! So we were off to parts of pine we haven't really seen before, this goat farm was actually cool, really pretty and the kids seemed to enjoy it! We went at FEEDING time and thats also when they get milked, so all who wanted to got to MILK THE GOAT! Well Paris was like um ya no thanks I'm going outside! But I thought, HECK WHY NOT!?!

HOLY LLAMA....
THIS PIC. MAKES ME LAUGH, FAITH TOOK THE PIC AND SCREAMED WHEN IT LOOKED AT HER! I THINK IT TOTALLY KNEW WHAT IT WAS DOING!
We bought some goat's milk FUDGE and headed back to grandma's for dinner! We ATE we PLAYED and G-Pa (Ron) took the kids into the lab to show them all about what he does!(he makes teeth) THEY LOVED IT! It was super cute!

NOTHING LIKE ENDING THE TRIP AND THE NIGHT WITH MUSIC AND SONG!

My Little Country Dancers

Well I am finally posting about our St. Johns 24th of July trip/family reunion! I really didn't take much pictures but it actually was a really nice time! Thanks Brandy for letting us stay with ya, seriously doesn't take long to feel at home there! We were only there for 3 days but it was perfect weather and lots of family! We got there just in time for the camp a rama, everyone in town parks their cars in a circle and we eat. My family makes Indian fried bread that is the BEST! (that's really what we come back for) The kids see how dirty they can get running around in the dirt, then we go home and get ready for the dance! OH the DANCE, that used to be a count down for me (like christmas or something) So much fun. But we realized once your older it just isn't the same! So all there is to do now is to pass it on to our kids and hope they have just as much fun! Well my girl soo loved it....

Well when Paris had no one to dance with she got out there and danced by herself but daddy (yep I'm calling you out) was too worried of looking silly so he didn't dance with ME or his beautiful girl, this is all we got out of him... Side lines holding kids who's parents would dance!

Taylor on the other hand complained all the way there, crying about his tummy hurting and NOT wanting to go to the dance! which he was ignored and knew it was getting him no where. So when we got there and were walking to the door he stops and pukes! GENIUS (thought Justin, why didn't I think of that!) he got to play games in the car!
Then the next morning we were up bright and early 7 am for our pancake breakfast and to get ready for the parade! Yep a parade and we were IN IT! (J was oh so excited about that one) showing off how many there really are in my family!
172 DESCENDANTS that's a whole lotta family!
and the WOMEN WE OWE IT ALL TOO! Grandma and Grandpa (of course) and this is only one side of the trailer!

The ENTIRE rest of the day was spent OUTSIDE at this ramada and park. The adults played cards, volley ball and took naps in the grass.
Justin had no problem
joining in the card games!

the kids had lots of games and cousins to play with...

And good ole Elliot roping the kids... that's how they do it in the country!
To wrap up the reunion and the day we all gathered around to hear the kids of grandma (my aunts and uncles) talk about their cherished memories of their parents! Tears and laughter it couldn't of ended any better!

MY TWINNERS

In preparation for Faith's BIG 30th BASH I had her kids a couple times over the week to help her get SOME thing done! Paris was beside herself to have Jonah and Ikey here at her house! She took on the "host" role trying to be helpful showing them where her toys were, where the suckers were and making sure they stayed entertained!
We did venture out I had to get Justin a new phone (he can't go without his phone) so I took all 3 kids to the alltel store! That place alone is no fun, much less having to wait with 3 kids! So here I am standing there waiting patiently keeping the kids tame (for now) as I got about 6 people comment how crazy I was...Paris and Jonah 4yrs old, they thought were twins (which I get a lot) Ikey who is 2 and ME 6 1/2 months pregnant! And those that didn't actually say something to me gave me either the sympathetic or you so need birth control look!

SUCH THE LUCK

So our computer crashed (our newish not even a year old computer) So we took it into get fixed thinking it couldn't be anything THAT major, being that it's newish, well we were wrong! They did a diagnostic on it and said the entire hard drive went bad and that all my pictures are wiped out! Considering that was the first thing I told them and the only reason I spent the money to get it fixed professionally instead of having J piddle with it, was because I want I need those pictures! I was sick and asked if there was any way to save em, their response, "your in luck you can save your old hard drive and send it in, "they" will open in it in a safe, dark room and can do some really detailed work for the small fee of A THOUSAND DOLLARS!" Well I really did think once that those pictures were priceless but apparently I have a price and ya it's a thousand bucks!

Now usually I save most of my faves on the actual memory card but recently someone commented or asked why I did so, and with that I got to thinking and it did take up space so I started to erase all the pics that have already been down loaded to the computer! Seriously the computer crashed 3 days later! It's the luck! But I did then realize a lot of them have been put on my blog, and I was so glad to have at least blogged and documented a little bit of our lives so ALL wasn't lost. And then I thought again, sorry for those who read my blog I may just be adding way more pics and not just a chosen one out of the 10 cause they stay documented once they are put there! So this post is all about... I love blogging!

bumper bowling

Grandma DeWitt organized a cousins sleep-over at her house.  Paris doesn't quite feel ready for an all-nighter without her mommy yet, so she slept that one out.  Instead she opted to meet up with all the cousins at the bowling alley the next day.

bowling

collage5We knew Paris finally got the point of the game when she said, "I really like knocking down ALL the pins, that's the fun part!"

Paris had good time with her cousins, aunts and grandma.

IT'S WHAT GIRLS DO!

Paris and I woke up BORED, we knew all sisters had something going on today so we called a couple of friends to come play or go to the movies but one had just gotten back from a movie another was going to the movie with their daddy and another just didn't answer! With Paris some one has to entertain or play with her, so we got out a few of the games, played em till I couldn't sit on the floor anymore! I then asked her if she wanted to play dress up...Actually to my surprise she wanted to! I told her I would do her hair, dress her up, paint her nails and put makeup on her. The make up did it! She didn't want her hair done, but that was the fun part for me, so she had to. And "dress up" isn't the cute little princess outfits or anything, it was just a skirt she will usually never wear! But she LOVED getting makeup on and putting makeup on mommy! So here are a few pictures of her in action turning mommy into "Mimi" and a little model show I made her do!

UM Paris, My EYE!

love this pose!
