bumper bowling

Grandma DeWitt organized a cousins sleep-over at her house.  Paris doesn't quite feel ready for an all-nighter without her mommy yet, so she slept that one out.  Instead she opted to meet up with all the cousins at the bowling alley the next day.

collage5We knew Paris finally got the point of the game when she said, "I really like knocking down ALL the pins, that's the fun part!"

Paris had good time with her cousins, aunts and grandma.

IT'S WHAT GIRLS DO!

Paris and I woke up BORED, we knew all sisters had something going on today so we called a couple of friends to come play or go to the movies but one had just gotten back from a movie another was going to the movie with their daddy and another just didn't answer! With Paris some one has to entertain or play with her, so we got out a few of the games, played em till I couldn't sit on the floor anymore! I then asked her if she wanted to play dress up...Actually to my surprise she wanted to! I told her I would do her hair, dress her up, paint her nails and put makeup on her. The make up did it! She didn't want her hair done, but that was the fun part for me, so she had to. And "dress up" isn't the cute little princess outfits or anything, it was just a skirt she will usually never wear! But she LOVED getting makeup on and putting makeup on mommy! So here are a few pictures of her in action turning mommy into "Mimi" and a little model show I made her do!

UM Paris, My EYE!

love this pose!

THANKS BABY I DON'T KNOW WHO HAD MORE FUN... I LOVE THAT YOU ARE MY BEST FRIEND YOUR MY FAVORITE! ; ) (daughter)

MUAH! I LOVE YA MORE!!!!

SAGURO LAKE

So I have been begging Rachel to take us out to the lake, I LOVE THE LAKE, so she did Saturday! It was all us girls and Todd. We had quite the group so we had to beach it for the most part, which come to find out was A OK for me. I had a rough time on the boat in fact the only time I was on the boat was when we got picked up from the dock and getting dropped off at the dock.

I was jealous of Faith and her tube time, I usually rather enjoy getting thrown around like a rag doll! The kids had a lot of fun swimming, eating and playing on the tube and the occasional trip on the boat!
So I was standing there minding my own business trying to help Todd. It was super hot and my swimming top was black so my belly was burning so I pulled it up over the baby bump, why not we are back in a cove no one but family, when my photo happy sisters think it's a great idea to take a picture of it. As I was sure it wasn't the prettiest pic. I wasn't that happy about it, when Todd starts wanting to compare (or mock), I then felt a little better about myself!

So I really am not poking fun, I mean he did POSE for the pic. and his wife did TAKE the pic. so no harm done, but I have no problem poking a little fun at myself! This next pic is what we now in my family like to call the up and coming Tsunami...

Now if you can't tell or don't get why we call it the tsunami, well sorry!

Justin came just in time to not miss out on all the fun, luckily daddy came or Paris would have had to go out on the boat (tube) all on her own because mommy wasn't gonna be able too!
THANKS FOR A GREAT TIME AT THE LAKE! LET'S DO IT AGAIN SOON, or maybe next summer when I'm not the beached whale!
I so wish I had better or any pics of the all us girls with my camera!

Summer time sum sum summer time!

This morning my niece and nephew had one heck of a lemonade stand! We (paris and I) were prepped for it yesterday so it was something paris couldn't wait to do! So I told her she had to do something for me so she could earn some money to buy that ice cold lemonade, cookies and otter pops! So she got up this morning and asked if she could sweep our walk way...

What a great kiddo! She did her part so off we went. We got there not too long after they first popped up their umbrella and they already had a lot of customers. Paris was so excited, we even got there at the same time as Hayden and Ethan!

We got 1 otter pop, 2 cups of lemonade & 3 cookies ALL for just 1.75! I ate ALL the cookies and drank most of the lemonade and paris did just fine on her otter pop. Well Paige and Taylor you 2 must have done an amazing job 30 DOLLARS later! (Is it weird to be 27 & doing a lemonade stand, they make more than I do!)

I REST MY CASE

Tonight I was asking Justin what he wanted for dinner and he responded with spaghetti. Normally I am a spaghetti fan but since pregnancy not so much but Paris loves it so I thought why not...

For anyone who knows me pretty good knows I don't really like red meat. Although I have been trying to do much better the occasional hamburger or the ground hamburger in the spaghetti sauce (for justin) but I try to get like the leanest meat I can find!

So we are all sitting around the table eating and paris is next to me and has this disgusting look on her face so I ask her what is wrong and she says "there is something hard between my teeth" I have always known and been very aware of this in the meat but when I mention it to others I always get the "your weird" look, so I just stopped eating it.(i know it's just the fat, STILL) But when she said she had something hard I immediately started to gag. Justin tells me to relax, so I am trying to pull myself together while J is telling her to just eat it, which makes me gag more! So I tell her to spit it out (I meant in the trash) so she does which lands on her leg than she picks it up and puts it on her plate. WHY AM I THE ONE NEXT TO HER!?! Well I finally regain my composure and continue to eat, NOT EVEN KIDDING the very next bite I took there was a fatty piece of meat! I know J thinks I over reacted so I TRY to play it cool, k I will just try to spit it out, put it on my plate and be done. Well my MISTAKE I looked at it, GAME OVER, I was in the bathroom within seconds with my head in the toilet! Needless to say I am probably back to not eating red meat for the next few years or more!

ESPECIALLY FOR YOU MARISSA!

SO ALL I WANT TO SAY IS... FOR THE LOVE! I KNOW I JUST SAW YOU GUYS A COUPLE DAYS AGO BUT I FORGOT IN THE MOMENT EVEN THOUGH I HAD EVERY INTENTION OF YELLING AT YOU THEN! ; ) BUT I AM PRETTY SURE THAT I DID LEAVE MY EMAIL WITH YOUR NON PRIVATE BLOG, THEN YOU WENT PRIVATE, AND I AM STILL NOT INVITED TO YOUR BLOG! JUSTIN IS STARTING TO WONDER IF YOU HATE US! ; ) SO IF BY SOME CHANCE YOU READ MY BLOG ANYMORE, THIS IS ME APPARENTLY BEGGING TO BE LET INTO YOUR LIFE, YOUR BLOGGING LIFE! (yeah i know i will probably see ya this weekend or sometime soon, but this was a little more fun for me)

THANKS BOYS!

My nephew Taylor and his cousin Austin helped me advertise for my salon. They strapped on their roller blades and taped my flyers onto peoples garages. Paris helped too she pulled the tape and passed on the flyers to the boys out the window. She started getting a little restless and wanted to blade and stick a flyer on a garage like the big kids. So Taylor being the great cousin that he is said that he would help her...

First house she was a little rocky but the boys were sure to hold on and let her stick the flyer on. She was so proud, thanks boys you both were awesome. Second time she thinks she is pro and wants to do it all by herself!

Boys thanks for being patient with Paris, and for getting ALL the flyers done! I guess it's a little better in teams eh Taylor!
